Move to the following exercise, but return to this exercise the day after and try again.

For example, if you completed the Foot & Ankle program, consider progressing to the Knee program, then Hip, and so on. You can also choose the full-body Bundle, which is designed to retrain and realign your body from the ground up. Because your body works as a kinetic chain, each joint depends on the others — and moving through the programs in sequence supports lasting, balanced results.

We recommend continuing with your favorite exercises from the program 4–6 days a week, either in the morning or before/after other workouts. Think of it as ongoing support to help you keep doing the things you love — with more ease and less pain.
