FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • 6-8 weeks for each individual program or 34 weeks for the complete bundle, depending on how you choose to pace yourself.

  • Invest just 20-30 minutes a day, 4-6 days per week, to see meaningful improvements in your mobility, stability and strength. Remember to go at your own pace. Some will progress more slowly and that is okay!

  • Aim for 4-6 days a week. Your body moves in patterns, and if we want to change those patterns  or improve tissue or joint health, consistent practice matters. Think of it like mindfulness — just as your mind benefits from daily attention, so does your body.

  • I recommend doing them first thing in the morning — either when you wake up after being still or before starting your day at your desk. It’s a great way to wake up your body, activate key muscles, and set yourself up for better movement throughout the day.

  • The program is intentionally designed for you to follow the exercises in order. Each movement prepares your body for the next, and that sequencing is a key part of its effectiveness. Sticking to the structure helps you get the best results.

  • Not at all — travel is actually a great time to keep going. These exercises help counteract tightness from flying, long drives, or extended sitting, and they’ll support your body so you can make the most of your vacation adventures.

  • Depending on the specific program or bundle you purchase, you will need simple home equipment like a floor mat, foam roller, resistance bands, and a couple of other small tools.

    1. Watch the exercise video again and see if you followed it correctly.

    2. Foam roll the area that bothers you, then try the exercise again.

    3. Move to the following exercise, but return to this exercise the day after and try again.

    4. Ice the area if you feel discomfort throughout the day.

They’re great for younger adults feeling neck or upper‑back tension from phones and laptops, husbands with desk jobs or long hours of heavy labor, and anyone whose daily routines put extra stress on their body.
